The role of Payment and Subscription Experience Lead is central to innovating the digital subscription market, focusing on building the subscriber experience, increasing engagement, and optimizing subscription services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the roadmap for the subscriber experience to enhance engagement and revenue.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable increments to improve subscriber engagement and monthly active users.
  • Oversee operational interactions with third-party payment platforms, managing customer payment functionalities and subscription transactions.
  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager, Subscriber Acquisition, to improve subscription-based services and retention.
  • Nurture the community among the membership base to foster loyalty and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and managing digital subscription or payment platforms.
  • Ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Experience working with third-party payment platforms and managing customer payment functionalities.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with product management and other teams.
  • Understanding of subscription services and customer retention strategies.
