Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of the People Data & Analytics team, collaborating on reporting and analytics needs.
  • Maintain current Workday and Looker dashboards, proactively building improvements that drive scalability & sustainability.
  • Continuously audit our data pipeline to ensure accuracy between our systems (Workday, Greenhouse, & Snowflake).
  • Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analysis of the people data, transforming it into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design data solutions to meet their strategic needs.
  • Respond to reporting requests through our ticking system in a timely manner.
  • Extract and transform data in preparation for advanced modeling & statistical analysis.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our data governance and abide by our security and sharing standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior experience in an HR Analytics role or master's degree in applicable field + 1 year experience.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience transforming data in a database (Snowflake experience a plus).
  • Proficient in at least one language for data analysis (preferably Python).
  • Experience building dashboards using a visualization tool such as Looker (preference), Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience in transforming data into actionable insights and consulting with key stakeholders for support business needs.
  • Extremely strong and consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of work.
  • Experience building reports within an HR system such as Workday, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Professional maturity and discretion when dealing with sensitive data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on data needs.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to manage own workload and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience transforming data in Snowflake.
  • Experience with data analysis languages such as Python.
  • Experience building dashboards with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics or a master's degree in an applicable field plus 1 year of experience.
