Getting data from one provider to another, or from a provider to a health insurance company, is frustrating for virtually everyone. Imagine developing solutions that help make these data transactions easier and faster. That is what we do at Rhapsody; we make interoperability platforms that allow data - such as patient encounter details, lab results, and billing information - to move seamlessly from one system to another. While most people will not ever see our products and services during a medical encounter, our interoperability platforms are running behind the scenes. Think of them as the central nervous system helping to move data where it needs to be to improve the patient experience. This role is responsible for ensuring our campaigns reach the right audiences, perform efficiently, and generate insights that inform future investments. The ideal candidate is not only data-driven but also able to translate performance results into clear, actionable takeaways for the broader marketing team and leadership. You'll manage our target account lists, own campaign operations and reporting, and work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to bring strategy to life. This role blends technical precision with a strong sense of marketing performance storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing analytics and monthly reporting across all channels, proactively surfacing insights and recommending data-driven optimizations that improve ROI and increase qualified pipeline.
  • Communicate findings in a clear, actionable format to both the marketing team and leadership.
  • Activate and manage campaign execution across all channels—including search, display, social, content syndication, and community-based platforms—partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Manage relationships with key media vendors including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pipeline360, and our paid search contractor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign activation, performance reviews, lead pacing, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to translate strategy into precise channel activation plans.
  • Own and maintain target account lists—ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals and seamless integration into campaign platforms.
  • Support Pardot campaign setup, UTM creation, and tracking infrastructure to ensure accurate attribution and performance insights.
  • Maintain campaign reporting dashboards in Salesforce, Google Analytics, CaliberMind and other tools; provide regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Own campaign performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contribution, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Track campaign spend, performance pacing, and ROI against budget and pipeline goals.
  • Identify technical improvements in how we measure and scale marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or campaign operations roles.
  • Experience managing vendors, media buys, and digital campaign execution.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent MAP), Google Analytics, and campaign tracking/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill data into insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with marketers, sales, and vendors.
  • Experience managing target account lists and supporting campaign execution (including some ABM).
  • Experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise marketing.
  • Embrace AI-enhanced workflows: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and explore new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing analytics dashboards and data reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and marketing analytics.
  • Vendor relationship building and management skills.
  • Experience with media buying and planning.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in performance marketing or related fields.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive benefits package on day 1 (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
  • 401k with a generous company match.
  • Unlimited PTO, sick time & volunteer days.
  • An innovative, inclusive, and fun work environment.
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities.
