Key Responsibilities
- Servicing the day-to-day needs of insured clients and managing all aspects of client renewals.
- Assisting in claim conflicts and resolving issues related to claims.
- Soliciting referrals from existing clients to grow the client base.
- Providing a full account review at renewal and updating insured information in the agency management system (EPIC).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of insurance account management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products, especially strong knowledge of these applications.
- Working knowledge of EPIC agency management system is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with EPIC system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
