About the Role

The Pierre Auto Group Social & Reputation Specialist develops and implements strategies to increase the company's online presence, manage social media channels, analyze performance, and monitor reputation channels to maintain a positive brand image. The role involves creating engaging content, collaborating with internal teams, and responding to customer feedback across various platforms to achieve marketing goals such as brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute social media strategy aligned with overarching business goals.
  • Produce and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and cultivate online communities.
  • Track social media metrics, analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, often collaborating with other stores and teams like GSMs and Influencers.
  • Monitor brand mentions, customer reviews, and reputation channels to understand public sentiment and identify potential reputation threats.
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback, comments, and reviews across all relevant channels.
  • Create and implement crisis management plans to address and mitigate negative reviews.
  • Develop and execute strategic reporting to build and maintain a positive online presence and reputation.
  • Manage and update social media profiles, review sites, and blogs to ensure consistent positive brand representation.
  • Analyze data from monitoring tools to understand public perception and measure reputation management effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing, leadership, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Provide regular reports to management on reputation performance, online sentiment, and the impact of reputation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Videography skills to create short-form video content.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Excellent copywriting skills for social media content.
  • Ability to work effectively with other teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.

  • Experience with social media marketing strategy development.
  • Knowledge of sentiment analytics and data reporting.
  • Experience with crisis communication and public relations campaigns.
  • Familiarity with community engagement and influencer partnership campaigns.
