We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Content PM Manager to join our Security Content Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our PM team to drive alignment across engineering, design, content, and product teams.
- Broker complex challenges across organizations and teams to deliver unified, scalable solutions.
- Design and craft the Microsoft Security story across services, creating a clear journey for our customers.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven content workflows, tools, and experiences.
- Champion the responsible use of AI to enhance authoring, publishing, and content quality.
- Drive the strategic upskilling and role transformation of teams to thrive with AI's evolving impact.
- Own the roadmap for strategic content initiatives.
- Manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguity, and deliver high-impact outcomes on multi-year timelines.
- Apply deep knowledge of technical documentation to evolve content models, metadata strategies, and customer engagement approaches.
- Use data and customer signals to inform decisions and drive improvements in content discoverability, usability, and satisfaction.
- Create clarity, generate energy, and foster an inclusive environment. Mentor others and model Microsoft's leadership principles.
Requirements
- Experience in managing teams of PMs and writers operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution.
- Background in cyber security technology and deep AI expertise.
- Passion for technical content and creating world-class guidance for customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI and other major cloud AI platforms, including tools like GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT.
- Ability to design and implement AI-driven content workflows, tools, and experiences.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to own roadmaps and manage multi-year initiatives.
- Ability to analyze content performance and align content with business goals and customer needs.
- Experience in driving content innovation, metadata strategies, and customer engagement approaches.
- Strong cross-organizational leadership and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI transformation in content organizations.
- Familiarity with security content ecosystems and technical documentation evolution.
- Experience in upskilling teams for AI readiness and role transformation.
