Job Description

About the Role

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! The role contributes to T-Mobile's success by strategizing, defining, planning, delivering, and maintaining large and complex products and product enhancements that improve customer experience, deliver growth to the enterprise, drive efficiencies, increase revenue, reduce churn, and scale the business. The position involves leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, advocating for customers, uncovering opportunities, and implementing solutions. It includes responsibilities such as partnering with various teams on customer research, creating product roadmaps, planning delivery, and managing risks. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product experience for high-complexity products, features, or cross-product solutions-defining and communicating the vision and strategy.
  • Leverage customer insights to guide strategy, roadmap, and priorities. Actively engage with customers to deepen understanding of their needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, UX, Data Analytics, and Frontline teams to identify opportunities, analyze performance, and recommend solutions that support organizational OKRs.
  • Conduct financial and product analysis (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI, NPV) to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Influence and present recommendations to executive stakeholders (SVP/EVP/C-Level), using compelling product and experience presentations.
  • Monitor and report on product health metrics; keep current with industry trends to inform innovation.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the team.
  • Align with network and systems teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for gateway and network-related solutions, especially in support of fixed wireless initiatives.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and mobilize teams across the enterprise to plan and deliver solutions.
  • Guide initiatives through agile, waterfall, or hybrid processes as needed.
  • Drive creation of end-to-end delivery schedules and track progress vs plan. Communicate updates, risks, and changes across all levels.
  • Proactively manage risks to scope, timeline, and budget, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate team meetings, follow through on action items, and ensure documentation is complete and transferred for operational readiness.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements across complex systems and teams. Guide agile teams to deliver against those requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical debt, production defects, and customer needs against organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to embed long-term tech investments into the roadmap.
  • Provide product clarity and support throughout design, development, and testing phases.
  • Make final scope and experience trade-off decisions during product delivery lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams, including vendors and third parties.
  • Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, publications, networking, frontline visits, and customer feedback sessions.
  • Mentor peers on best practices, product knowledge, and collaboration.
  • Support other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 years Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment delivering large business/technology initiatives.
  • Experience or strong interest in fixed wireless products and network systems integration.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical goals in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with leadership, employing collaboration and influence.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data.
  • Strong requirements elicitation skills and ability to write clearly for different audiences.
  • Experience with successful collaboration and facilitation across diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels.
