  • Partner with Analytics and Biz Ops to define and track key performance metrics, surface insights, and align on revenue forecasts.
  • Lead as a hands-on business owner by writing briefs, providing feedback on marketing plans and roadmaps, building forecasts, or pitching experiments to executives.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, bringing clarity, urgency, accountability, and strategic direction.
  • Secure executive buy-in, resources, and alignment across the organization to ensure company-wide success.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and GTM by influence with high visibility and tight interdependencies.
  • Experience using data and telemetry to review performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels, including executive presence and detailed execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into customer behavior and business outcomes, including proficiency in SQL and/or Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence product and marketing teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft stories from data and inspire change.
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision to all levels of the company, including executives.
  • Comfortable working across multiple highly visible workstreams and wearing multiple hats.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with hybrid sales/self-service SaaS models.
  • Proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
  • Growth mindset and appreciation for constant iteration and progress.
  • Leadership from the front by doing and inspiring teams.
  • Strong internal compass and bias for action.
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills in SQL and/or Excel.

Qualifications
