About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions to improve fan engagement.
• Lead a team of machine learning engineers to develop advanced machine learning models, while effectively managing vendors to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and project timelines.
• Lead the AI Center of Excellence by establishing best practices, setting strategic goals, and driving innovation to ensure the delivery of impactful AI solutions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, stay ahead of emerging AI trends, and implement frameworks to measure the success and scalability of AI initiatives.
• Mentor team members by fostering growth and encouraging innovation through training and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), state-of-the-art vision models, and developing generative AI applications.
• Proven ability to architect, build, and launch AI features and solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring teams, with active contribution to technical development and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of business assessments to align AI initiatives with strategic objectives.
• High level of commitment to quality work, organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience working in sports or entertainment industries is a plus.
• Experience with implementing AI solutions in a collaborative, organizational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning solutions deployment.
