About the Role

The Principal Product Manager (AI Security) at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for building and scaling the AI Runtime product offering within a company committed to protecting the digital way of life through innovative cybersecurity solutions. The role involves defining the future of AI security, working closely with engineering, marketing, and customer teams to develop differentiated products that address emerging cyber threats in cloud, network, and AI security domains.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the AI Runtime product offering, defining product strategy and plans.
Engage with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to present and explain security solutions and understand their requirements.
Lead focused, tightly-knit product teams to deliver on product commitments and develop product vision.
Utilize data analytics to monitor operational metrics, identify trends, and influence the product roadmap.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, product positioning, and launch plans, including customer pitch decks, whitepapers, demos, and sales enablement materials.
Act as a strategic advisor for cross-functional teams with deep understanding of cloud application architectures, network, and AI threat landscape.
Achieve desired outcomes in fast-paced environments with resilience and a high bias for action.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management, preferably within cloud network and AI/ML driven products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
Experience with cloud and networking enterprise products/platforms; experience with network security and AI/ML solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation between $231,000 and $317,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
