About the Role

Dynatrace is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive the acceleration and adoption of cloud-native and AI-powered solutions, with a focus on AI observability, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI systems. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role involves working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, sales, and services to extend Dynatrace's leadership in AI-driven enterprise solutions and strategic partnerships. The role includes coordinating product lifecycle assets, messaging, and positioning to support AI observability and monitoring of autonomous AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver go-to-market plans for AI observability use cases, including LLM monitoring and optimization, and agentic AI orchestration.
  • Build and maintain differentiated messaging for AI-enabled observability, emphasizing trust, reliability, and ethical performance of LLMs and agentic AI systems.
  • Coordinate across product management, marketing, and field teams to ensure timely communication of AI and LLM observability updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop product-related content such as pitch decks, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and solution briefs highlighting Dynatrace's capabilities in monitoring AI technologies.
  • Provide sales enablement through training on AI observability value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer success stories.
  • Partner with the competitive intelligence team to assess the AI observability and agentic AI monitoring market landscape.
  • Represent Dynatrace at AI/ML and observability industry events, delivering thought leadership sessions on AI, LLMs, and agentic AI observability.
  • Collaborate on KPIs and goals related to AI observability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 8+ years in product marketing, product management, or technical solutions engineering in the B2B enterprise market.
  • Deep familiarity with AI observability concepts, including monitoring LLMs, tracking model drift, and understanding agentic AI frameworks.
  • Technical product marketing experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex AI and cloud-native technologies.
  • Willingness to work across global offices and travel as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open-source software community experience.
  • MBA qualification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • 8+ years in relevant roles.
  • 10+ years in product marketing or product management in B2B enterprise market (preferred).
