The Privacy Program Manager role involves managing privacy review processes and coordinating among various teams to ensure privacy-by-design in new products and features.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features.
Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company, including legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications teams.
Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges.
Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions.
Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team and ensure proper implementation.

Requirements

Requires a Masters degree in Public policy, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Requires 36 months of experience in a compliance or privacy-related occupation or in the job offered.
Experience organizing, coordinating, and multi-tasking on privacy review projects.
Experience tracking and documenting new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions.
Experience working with product managers and privacy stakeholders to develop solutions to privacy-by-design challenges.
Experience managing projects that facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across various teams.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Public policy, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
36 months of experience in privacy or compliance roles.
