Product Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
• Automate recurring dashboards and reports, partnering with data engineers to ensure reliability and access to real-time insights
• Analyze product usage and user behavior to uncover trends, surface friction points, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support A/B tests and product experiments—evaluating outcomes and making strategic recommendations
• Aggregate and monitor key metrics for adoption, retention, engagement, and performance across features and segments
• Use SQL (and ideally Python or R) to run ad hoc analyses and build models that support decision-making
• Apply statistical methods and structured thinking to validate hypotheses and guide experimentation
• Present insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Business
• GPA of 3.5 or above preferred
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with Python or R for scripting and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex findings clearly
• Prior experience working with product or experiment teams is a plus
• Passion for understanding user behavior and driving growth through data

Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of product development processes
• Experience working in SaaS or real estate technology sectors
