About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile-minded Platform Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and critical thinker with a background in product management, agile delivery, and quality assurance. This role is deeply embedded in the development lifecycle working closely with engineering teams to drive agile ceremonies, ensure delivery quality, and support the development of new features. The Product Analyst will help shape our platform roadmap and play a key role in setting operational standards for how we deliver solutions. Our client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and customers and translate them into actionable Jira stories.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Own the QA process by documenting test suites, coordinating test automation efforts, and validating final delivery to production.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Monitor team delivery execution and suggest process improvements to enhance velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and drive delivery in agile environments.
  • Experience working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers in a cross-functional setting.
  • Familiarity with test planning, test automation, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Fearless in asking questions and challenging the status quo to improve the product and team operations.
