Product Analyst (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data from Medallia (Customer survey and NPS data) and other sources to identify trends and propose solutions to product issues and introduce customer-centric enhancements
• Conduct user story research to clearly define the requirements and associated benefits
• Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives utilizing Omniture, Medallia, and other resources
• Partner with the Product Manager to monitor, evaluate, and report on initiatives and KPIs to improve the customer experience
• Work with the Product Manager to understand the intent of the functionality being added or modified
• Translate and document business requirements in the format of product epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Identify areas that might require further clarification or input by Business stakeholders and work to obtain this information in liaison with the Product Manager
• Work with Design Team to ensure intended functionality is reflected in the solution based on User Stories written
• Provide input to Non-Functional Product Analyst on areas where technical system capabilities may need to be modified or tested
• Assist product manager with the refinement, grooming, and prioritization of the product backlog
• Assist with manual testing of product functionality to validate whether the requirements have been met and to ensure that the desired state has been reached
• Participate in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful product launch
• Engage in daily activities such as Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Grooming of User Stories, Retrospectives, Daily Scrum, and Office Hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product/Project Management role
• Customer focused with experience using a customer mindset to deliver digital capability
• Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice, and sprint planning
• Experience in best-in-class mobile design and development
• Experience using industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications a plus
