Product Director, Data Resilience Strategy

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the DRMM as a strategic product: Shape the framework roadmap, evolve its structure, and define long-term success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Enablement teams to embed the DRMM into sales motions and field activities, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the DRMM's effectiveness in areas such as pipeline generation, deal progression, adoption rates, and customer outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive training programs, playbooks, and collateral to empower field and partner teams in leveraging the DRMM during customer engagements.
• Implement mechanisms to gather feedback from field teams and customers, using this information to refine the DRMM and associated sales plays.
• Ensure assessments are conducted in a reliable, repeatable, and measurable manner, supporting scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, or program leadership in enterprise tech or cybersecurity.
• Experience owning or building maturity models, assessment frameworks, or benchmarking tools.
• Success in designing and executing strategic programs that enhance sales value and drive measurable revenue growth.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs, balancing strategic vision with execution details.
• Comfort working with research, analytics, and technical partners to shape frameworks and tooling.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders, from internal executives to customer CISOs.
