At Amadeus, we are looking for someone to manage one of our Creation Platform capabilities, enabling seamless integration with Amadeus solutions. This is your opportunity to play a key role in connecting our customers, partners, and service teams, driving innovation, and enhancing the user experience. We are especially interested in candidates with a strong preference for Delphi product experience and/or experience working with large hotels and hotel chains, as this knowledge is critical to delivering value in our hospitality-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product vision, strategy, and business value in line with business owners and stakeholders. Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals, market needs, and user feedback.
Coordinate with internal customers, Product Marketing Management, technical architects, and regional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and execute release plans. Participate in Agile events such as PI planning, system demos, and Lean Portfolio Management.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build engaging, intuitive user experiences that reflect customer value drivers and support adoption.
Lead the product through its full lifecycle—from problem definition and MVP scoping to launch and iteration. Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements using key data and insights.
Ensure product compliance, readiness, and successful adoption through collaboration with Go-To-Market, Customer Service, and other operations teams.

Requirements

Experience of product management, ideally with Delphi and/or within the hospitality sector (large hotels and hotel chains).
Strong background in functional/business analysis and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Proven ability to work across functions and geographies in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Experience managing platform capabilities and understanding how they serve as a foundation for customer and partner innovation.
Ability to analyze complex problems, design risk mitigation plans, and drive informed decision-making using data.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
High degree of autonomy, capable of leading initiatives independently, and comfortable navigating evolving business contexts.

Nice to Have

Experience working with large hotels and hotel chains.
Experience with platform management and ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

Experience in product management, preferably with Delphi and within the hospitality sector.
Background in functional/business analysis and automation platforms such as ServiceNow.
