Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Defines product strategy within the team to create a compelling vision to make the buyer experience user friendly, efficient, intuitive while achieving key business goals.
• Evaluates market and consumer user experience research and results based on industry trends and competitor landscapes, through conversations with customers, data analysis, and metrics.
• Clarifies the strategy in ambiguous areas and obtains group buy-in with clear and logical rationale aligned with product area strategy.
• Leads a team to execute on strategies to deliver value to customers and the organization.
• Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggests improvements.
• Communicates with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively.
• Ensures their product team is aligned and engaged.
• Maintains consistent ownership of problems through to solutions within and across teams, peers, and partners.
• Identifies risks and issues, and proactively finds solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-4 years minimum related experience and responsibilities.
• Prior experience as a product manager.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
