We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our electricity smart metering products. The role involves defining strategic direction, communicating with stakeholders, and owning the product's success or failure. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies for electricity smart metering solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market insights.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance targets.
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction.
Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Manage to innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
Support internal and external customer training.
Participate in trade show representation.
