Job Description

About the Role

The Product Manager role involves overseeing product development and management within a technology-focused environment. The candidate should have experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, and stakeholder management, contributing to the successful delivery of products and features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product development plans, goals, and estimations.
Identify resources needed for product development.
Establish schedules and methods for measuring results.
Manage all phases of the project, including product backlog management and strategy creation.
Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile planning and tracking.
Experience in executing SAFe and Scrum Agile methodologies.
Strong project and product management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of technology and software development in Java and microservice stack.

Nice to Have

SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.
Knowledge of ACARS message and Type B message.
