We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our AI-driven products, overseeing the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch, aligning with business goals and delivering value to guests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with Ulta Beauty's overall vision and objectives.
- Socialize product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform AI product driven improvement recommendations.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI products.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to identify market opportunities and define product requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the AI product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant innovations into product development.
- Manage product investment decision making and the overall financial performance of the product, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing value while minimizing costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years in product management, with a focus on AI or technology-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development projects.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the AI landscape and market trends.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with users, team members, and management.
- Industry experience in Retail is a huge plus.

Qualifications
- Educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $155,000.00 per year with potential for additional compensation through bonuses.
