We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product innovation for our Issuer Digital Products business, responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization for Visa's digital solutions aimed at issuers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a compelling and forward-thinking product vision that aligns with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercialization
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product performance post-launch to guide product innovation and development
  • Establish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities
  • Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Continuously monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to ensure Visa's products remain competitive and innovative
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, and other functional areas
  • Engage with key clients and partners to understand their needs/expectations and secure their alignment

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
  • Strong expertise in defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
  • Experience building a high-performing product management team with a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and experience in conducting customer and competitive analysis
  • Strong track record of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points
  • Experience in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across Visa functions
  • Sound business acumen, analytical skills, and keen understanding of business models and profitability drivers
  • Willingness to travel as required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the payments industry or digital financial services
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to digital payments
  • Experience working in a matrix organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience
  • Alternatively, up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
