As a Product Manager on the Distribution team, you will own the partnership product suite, driving growth and delivering impactful solutions within a scalable platform to enhance partner and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, using data and technical knowledge, to design, build, launch, and optimize products across the partner platform.
  • Partner with multiple departments (design/UX, operations, customer support, accounting, proprietary tools) to understand requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality products.
  • Lead the team in prioritizing product features and participate in design, estimations, and planning sessions.
  • Define features through user stories within an agile team, verify stories are implemented correctly, record bugs, and assist engineering in resolution.
  • Analyze data and feedback to measure product effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, define high-priority projects, and maintain project momentum.
  • Build and leverage relationships internally and externally to achieve objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy.
  • Lead experimentation efforts, including designing, launching, and analyzing hypotheses.
  • Drive process improvements and mentor team members to elevate skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in helping organizations map business value to customer needs and successfully delivering products.
  • Experience working closely with partners and senior leaders to distill needs and build products in service of those objectives.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience crafting product roadmaps by gathering input from customers, partners, internal users, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate high-level technical concepts into prioritized plans in partnership with engineering.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, designing, building, and launching experiments.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manage data-centric products and turn raw data into insights.
  • Understanding of online marketplaces and interest in the live event space.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in science or tech.
  • Proactive mindset toward embracing and integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
