Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
• Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.
• Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Create the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Understand and care for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of technical products, especially for technical products, with expertise in the required technology.

Requirements

• Experience in driving product vision, planning, and development aligned with human + digital product strategy.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business data to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including design, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working, processes, tools, and techniques for risk assessment and control.
• Strong customer centricity and ability to implement strategies to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics and KPIs.
• Understanding of interdependencies among product model system elements that affect performance.
• Preferred skills include product development, strategy, discovery, channel management, adoption, customer experience research, marketing, analytics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of Affordable Mortgage Lending products.
