Product Manager - Generative AI and Analytics Solutions

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate development and communication of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products supporting Growth Analytics objectives
• Align data product strategies with business goals and marketing initiatives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
• Lead the lifecycle of data products from ideation to scale to user support, ensuring continuous improvement and high user adoption
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories / acceptance criteria, and manage roadmaps
• Write detailed product specifications and translate into technical requirements
• Coordinate testing of new features with cross-functional teams and users
• Increase utilization through user training and engagement sessions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to develop and launch data-driven products
• Gather feedback from business and analytics stakeholders to ensure products meet business needs
• Develop business cases and ROI analysis
• Define OKRs and KPIs for generative AI and analytics products and track performance to ensure delivery of business value
• Track development progress and communicate expectations to leadership
• Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management including full product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritization, understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling product features
• Experience with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) to streamline product development processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, craft solutions, and make data-driven decisions
• Interest in emerging technologies and curiosity to uncover innovation and drive product enhancements that meet business / user needs
• Understanding of business drivers and ability to translate them into product requirements
• Proven track record at working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for technical, non-technical, and senior leader audiences
• Familiarity with data analytics, generative AI, machine learning, and data management tools
• Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams and navigating technical constraints
• 3+ years' experience in working cross-functionally with data science and/or engineering teams
• 2+ years' experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management role
• 2+ years' experience working in an Agile framework and as a Product Owner/Manager
• 2+ years' experience with product development and related analytics project teams in enterprise level environments
• 1+ year of healthcare experience

Nice to Have

• Experience building workflow applications that leverage GenAI
• Experience with Jira (or similar platform)
• Understanding of data science concepts
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, tech, AI solutions or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
