A Product Management Advisor II at Fiserv plays a pivotal role in driving and leading Unified Communications ConvergeIT product initiatives to achieve specific outcomes. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Development, sales, and relationship management, you will transform your competitive strategy into an actionable roadmap, aligning it with Fiserv's overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and lead Unified Communications ConvergeIT product initiatives for specific outcomes
Collaborate with Product Owners and Development to translate competitive strategy into an executable roadmap
Work closely with sales and relationship management to identify client needs and deliver value
Align product strategy with Fiserv's overall strategic direction

Requirements

Proven product management experience
Background in banking and/or financial services
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Agile and user-driven development methodologies

Nice to Have

Strong analytical skills to create and justify business cases
Ability to understand market dynamics and develop competitive plans
Proficiency in establishing pricing models and delivery guidelines
Empathy for user experience and outcomes
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and evolve product strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Master's degree or MBA preferred
