Product Manager, Insomnia Solutions

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of solution discovery, including market research, scientific and technology analysis, and concept ideation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the underlying neuroscience of Chronic Insomnia to ensure solutions are scientifically sound and innovative.
• Facilitate product discovery workshops, conduct user research, and perform competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs.
• Provide product leadership for internal and external technical teams and collaborate with them to bring ideas to life.
• Develop business models and commercial go-to-market strategies.
• Establish a scientific-advisory panel of leading researchers and KOLs, working with them to define the future direction.
• Engage with startup ecosystems involved in Insomnia management to assess potential collaboration models.
• Influence senior leadership by communicating the product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Experience in AI, software, and/or software as a medical device (SaMD).
• Familiarity with design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
• Ability to translate complex science into actionable, market-ready solutions.
• Comfort with tackling big challenges and working in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital health solutions and medical devices.
• Experience working with clinical science or market access in healthcare.
