About the Role

At T-Mobile, the High Speed Internet Product Manager contributes to the company's success by strategizing, defining, planning, delivering, and maintaining medium-sized products and product enhancements that improve customer experience, drive growth, increase revenue, reduce churn, and scale the business. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, advocating for customers, and managing end-to-end product lifecycle in a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns product experience end-to-end for products or features with moderate complexity and scope, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Reporting & Data Analytics, UX, Frontline, and others to identify opportunities, analyze customer experience, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational OKRs.
  • Use customer insights to inform product strategy, prioritize features, and build deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • Conduct cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV analysis with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions.
  • Communicate and influence at VP level and below through presentations on product and experience flow.
  • Monitor product health and success metrics through ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to a customer-first environment and culture.
  • Cultivate relationships across enterprise teams, delegate responsibilities, and manage work to transform ideas into deliverables.
  • Guide teams through enterprise processes, navigate waterfall and agile methodologies, and create end-to-end delivery schedules.
  • Track progress, analyze deviations, and communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, reviewed, and shared for operational maintenance.
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features based on OKRs and analysis, and collaborate with architecture and development teams.
  • Support product design, development, testing, and release by providing requirements, clarifications, and making scope trade-offs.
  • Identify and communicate challenges, make informed trade-offs, and escalate issues beyond influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of Product Management or Project/Program Management experience delivering medium business/technology initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in analyzing product use data and requirements elicitation.
  • Experience with collaboration and facilitation across diverse audiences.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and understanding of customer experience.
  • Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
