About the Role

The High Speed Internet Product Manager at T-Mobile contributes to the company's success by strategizing, defining, planning, delivering, and maintaining medium-sized products and product enhancements that improve customer experience, drive growth, increase revenue, reduce churn, and scale the business. This role involves collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, advocating for customers, uncovering opportunities, and implementing new solutions. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work at least 3 days a week, and offers a comprehensive Total Rewards Package including salary, stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and various benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns product experience end-to-end for products or features with moderate complexity and scope, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Reporting & Data Analytics, UX, Frontline, and others to identify and analyze areas of opportunity and recommend solutions aligned with organizational OKRs.
  • Use customer insights to inform product strategy, roadmap, and priorities, actively building deeper insights with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV analysis with partners to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Communicate, influence, and present ideas and recommendations at VP level and below, including delivering product and experience flow presentations.
  • Monitor product health and success metrics through ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through enterprise processes, including planning, delivery, risk mitigation, and documentation.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, manage product backlog, and prioritize based on OKRs and analysis.
  • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to incorporate technical debt considerations and long-term investments.
  • Support frontline, PR, marketing, and commercial teams with product knowledge and documentation.
  • Make final decisions on scope, experience prioritization, and trade-offs during design, development, testing, and release.
  • Identify and communicate challenges to stakeholders, making educated trade-offs and raising issues beyond influence when necessary.
  • Develop positive relationships with technical and non-technical teams across the enterprise and external vendors.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and customer feedback sessions.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of Product Management or Project/Program Management experience delivering medium business/technology initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in analyzing and synthesizing product use data.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation and clear communication tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience collaborating and facilitating across diverse groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think and communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
