As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Home Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves collaboration, problem solving, research, stakeholder engagement, and supporting strategic objectives related to growing profitable households and launching new products like Home Equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end business and financial results for complex products through the selection, design, development, and promotion of new and existing products using technology, operations, and data analytics.
  • Use knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products through all applicable channels, prioritize recommendations, and champion business cases and roll-out strategies.
  • Monitor marketplace trends to identify needs or opportunities, recommend new products or enhancements, and develop product features.
  • Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing, or promotion of products and resolve operational and process issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channels, and internal service teams to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals.
  • Develop product-specific marketing initiatives and support risk management, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results, and recommend modifications to improve product performance.
  • Coordinate across groups and lead key contributors to achieve product objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to product management roles.
  • Experience with business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, and sales.
  • Competencies in business acumen, collaboration, decision making, design thinking, emerging technologies, innovation, problem solving, and results production.
  • Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; higher education such as a Master's or certifications is desirable.
  • No specific certifications or licenses required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with business objectives, customer solutions, marketing, product development, product management, and sales.
