About the Role

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for building the technical foundation that will power our next stage of growth. You will own and evolve our marketing infrastructure and technology, champion our AI-first future, oversee website performance and technical operations, manage email deliverability, safeguard marketing data, and enable the entire marketing department through scalable processes. The role involves auditing, selecting, implementing, and integrating tools, designing AI-driven workflows, managing technical projects, and working closely with engineering and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the marketing technology stack, including auditing, selecting, implementing, and integrating tools to give the team a competitive edge.
Champion the adoption of AI across all marketing functions by designing and implementing AI-driven workflows and training team members on these processes.
Own the website's performance and technical operations, including site speed, uptime, and executing complex technical projects like programmatic SEO.
Make strategic decisions on whether to in-source or outsource website engineering and manage the development team if brought in-house.
Manage the email sending infrastructure to ensure reliable delivery and effective communication with prospects and customers.
Own the marketing data infrastructure, managing data flows, ensuring data hygiene, and working with analytics partners to create reporting systems.
Develop scalable marketing processes that enable the department to operate more quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

Strong track record of implementing AI tools and workflows to drive business results.
Extensive, hands-on experience managing a modern, complex B2B PLG SaaS marketing tech stack.
Deep understanding of AI, website architecture, data infrastructure, and email deliverability.
Ability to translate internal customer needs into a clear technical roadmap and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Technical expertise to collaborate with developers and manage technical projects.
Analytical rigor and comfort in auditing workflows, data flows, and solving technical problems.
Experience managing or working closely with engineering teams on website and technical infrastructure projects.

Nice to Have

Experience in a product management role within a SaaS or marketing technology environment.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows in a marketing context.
Knowledge of programmatic SEO and website optimization techniques.

Qualifications

Experience managing a complex B2B PLG SaaS marketing technology stack.
Proven ability to implement AI tools and workflows.
Technical proficiency in website architecture, data infrastructure, and email deliverability.
