As a Product Manager, Member Experience, you will be responsible for Member Experience: end-to-end journey mapping, brand, outreach, engagement and digital strategy for Integrated DSNP. This role will help influence our multi-year strategy and delivery of an enhanced member and outreach experience. Use insights from the Voice of Customer to help influence product changes. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
