As P&C ServiceNow Technology Product Manager, the position involves translating customer and business needs into enterprise ServiceNow solutions, creating and aligning product vision, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve product quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer and business needs into the enterprise ServiceNow Product solution.
  • Create the vision and align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Evangelize the shared vision across larger teams to empower independent decision making for specific product teams.
  • Define a compelling vision for a product that reflects customer and business needs in line with strategic themes.
  • Collect structured feedback in collaboration with Product Owners and Adoption & Change Manager to continuously improve product quality.
  • Shape the strategic direction of the Product within P&C Technology, providing overall product leadership and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal experts for seamless execution of the product roadmap.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships to ensure continuous alignment and successful product delivery.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Bring 10+ years of experience in a large corporate environment with strong business acumen.
  • Have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR and large-scale implementations; experience with other HR systems is a plus.
  • Be a polished communicator, adept at evangelizing technology solutions through visualization and storytelling.
  • Be a valued leader and effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and react strategically to changing priorities.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other HR systems beyond ServiceNow HR.

Qualifications
