Product Manager Senior- Credit Card Modernization

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drives business and financial results through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing technology, operations, and data analytics.
• Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products through all applicable channels, prioritizes product recommendations, and develops business cases and roll-out plans.
• Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify needs or opportunities, and recommends new products or enhancements.
• Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, and resolves operational and process problems.
• Partners with stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channels, and internal service teams to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals.
• Develops product-specific marketing initiatives and supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
• Recommends modifications in product features and marketing to improve results.

Requirements

• Experience managing large vendor relationships and core platform modernization initiatives, especially in Credit cards.
• Highly structured, forward thinking, excellent problem solver and storyteller, and extremely communicative.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and customer needs, defining product requirements, creating user stories, and managing product roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile methodology, tracking product KPIs, and championing product adoption and user engagement.
• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred skills include Business Objectives, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, and Sales.
