Product Manager, Subscription Activation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution in close partnership with engineering and design, identifying high-impact opportunities and prioritizing features that drive measurable value for subscribers and the business.
• Build a compelling roadmap that reflects a solid understanding of business goals and user needs, supported by market research, user research, A/B experimentation, and behavioral and engagement data.
• Craft experiences that reinforce subscriber value and drive engagement, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Leverage data to identify friction points and opportunities in the user journey, design and test interventions to drive business outcomes, and track key metrics to assess impact.
• Develop experimentation frameworks and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the subscriber experience.
• Communicate product vision, status, goals, and impact clearly and consistently to leadership and across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2C digital products, ideally with a focus on subscriptions, onboarding, value discovery, and lifecycle engagement.
• Strong data proficiency, including comfort working with data, asking the right questions, setting goals, and analyzing results; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is preferred.
• Experience working with data engineering, machine learning, or data science is a plus.
• Proven track record of bringing teams together and advancing work without direct management authority.
• Proficiency with experimentation tools and testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and UX design.
• A passion for crafting early user experiences, including conducting research and understanding subscriber needs, and working closely with designers and engineers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to clearly convey vision, progress, and impact across various teams and leadership levels.
