RUCKUS Networks is seeking a high performing Product Manager for Ethernet switches to develop groundbreaking initiatives with our cutting-edge Wi-Fi, Cloud, and AI products. As a Product Manager, you will have product line responsibilities for Ethernet switches, owning every product aspect throughout the product lifecycle from market exploration to end-of-sale phases. Product Managers at RUCKUS are empowered, trusted and influential leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Make data driven and business-oriented decisions to drive revenue and market share growth of RUCKUS Ethernet switches
Responsible for product positioning, pricing, promotions, and messaging
Develop joint initiatives leveraging RUCKUS Wi-Fi, Cloud, and AI solutions to position RUCKUS as the leader in Enterprise networking
Manage new product introductions, transitions, forecast and P&L
Engage with sales, distributors, resellers and end customers to socialize and promote our portfolio
Participate in training webinars, blogs, whitepapers and trade shows to articulate value propositions and competitive advantages

Requirements

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related degree
3+ years of product management experience with enterprise networking products
Strong technical understanding of campus networks and LAN technologies

Nice to Have

Excellent technical and business presentation skills for diverse audiences that includes executives, engineers, and customers
Ability to analyze competitor products and business strategies
Extensive skills in financial performance metrics and analysis
Strong customer orientation, used to develop and validate product and solution requirements and build business plans

Qualifications

Educational background with a BA/BS in relevant fields

Salary range of $135,600.00 - $180,000.00 depending on experience and other factors
