About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The overall purpose of the role is to act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate for Workday and/or ServiceNow, between business stakeholders and delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology).
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding, alignment of project goals, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage changes to requirements/user stories, assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources, and identify and mitigate related risks.
  • Assist in project planning activities, such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
