We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the global go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of products, with an emphasis on Fintech products across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role reports directly to the Chief Payments and Governance Officer and plays a pivotal role in aligning our product marketing strategy with the company's vision and global product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of product marketing and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of products.
  • Drive demand, product adoption, and revenue growth through effective planning and management of product launches and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define, develop, and update product messaging, positioning, differentiators, and value propositions, customizing narratives for specific audiences, personas, and global markets.
  • Create sales enablement content tailored to key buying personas, including sales presentations, collateral, battle cards, and product videos, working with the marketing team to ensure effective asset creation.
  • Develop market intelligence through competitive research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to inform product marketing strategies and become the voice of the customer.
  • Work cross-functionally with global marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns supporting product launches and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on go-to-market performance, analyzing KPIs to ensure goals are met.
  • Handle additional ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience responsible for multiple product offerings, ideally with a focus on Fintech products.
  • Proven success in go-to-market launches for new products, including executing persona-based campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders such as finance teams.
  • Skilled in developing compelling benefit messaging and sales tools like sales decks, playbooks, and battle cards to drive purchase decisions.
  • Experience building and leveraging competitive intelligence, research, and customer insights to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong cross-functional project management experience.
  • Domain expertise at the intersection of K-12 SaaS/technology and Fintech technology is preferred.
  • Additional knowledge of the business office at K-12 private schools, including operational challenges, content consumption, purchase patterns, and decision-making, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
