About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for all strategic aspects of the algorithms and software products from the Fast Division at KLA. This role involves driving on-tool software, algorithms, and machine learning products by defining and promoting differentiated products within a company that is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. KLA focuses on innovation, invests heavily in R&D, and collaborates with leading technology providers to advance electronic device manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Own business plan for the product line
Analyze product long-term requirements
Create competitive intelligence and product differentiation strategies
Create pricing strategies
Drive product roadmap development
Define product specifications and configuration documentation
Drive strategic customer engagements

Requirements

Semiconductor, packaging cleanroom/fab process knowledge
Logic/Foundry, DRAM or 3D NAND process, integration or metrology experience
Close collaboration with hardware team to determine algorithms and software needs for differentiated solutions/products
Semiconductor OEM product marketing experience
Development of business plans and product introduction plans
Market analysis skills including compiling customer information and industry reports
Strategic marketing understanding of changing requirements and new opportunities
Forecasting product demand
Competition analysis
Product pricing experience
Support for new product releases through Beta testing at customer sites
Customer engagement skills

Nice to Have

Process integration experience
Experience with semiconductor, packaging, cleanroom/fab processes

Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 5 years of related work experience
Master's Degree with 8 years of related work experience
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of related work experience
