About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key driver of go-to-market strategy for the client's Industrial AI and data platform, client Data Fusion. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials, with a focus on the B2B SaaS industrial AI tech domain. The position is remote, based in the USA, with a duration of 6-12 months and potential for extension or contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.
  • Scope and execute marketing content and strategies to reach different customer segments such as data scientists, IT managers, and plant operators.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and work with analyst relations for insights.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials including product tours, whitepapers, online demos, media interviews, and event content.
  • Equip the sales team with tools and materials like presentations, battle cards, demos, and training resources to highlight product value.
  • Understand and advocate for existing and prospective customers by identifying key workflows, measuring value, and promoting success stories.
  • Serve as a liaison between product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, industrial technology, data, and AI space.
  • Marketing experience in the industrial sector, such as manufacturing, raw materials, or distribution.
  • Experience understanding complex software products, ideally in AI.
  • Experience managing product marketing throughout a product's lifecycle, especially launches and market building.
  • Understanding of industrial operations, data management, or AI/machine learning.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into engaging language.
  • Experience writing white papers, blogs, scripts, customer stories, and sales presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales performance to inform strategies.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with a track record of delivering impact, ownership, and persistence.
  • Flexible and curious mindset suitable for a startup environment.
