Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the mobility segment 4-year strategy and business plan.
Drive multi-generation product roadmap and manage the entire product life cycle aligned with the Business Unit.
Own forecast of products to drive inventory decisions and cost-down initiatives.
Grow market share by prioritizing, targeting, and supporting strategic design-in activities, including competitive differentiation and resource trade-offs.
Determine pricing strategy for the general market and key customers.
Develop competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral.
Identify emerging customers in US, Europe, and Asia and develop strategic customer relationships in cooperation with sales.
Synthesize market and business results for Quarterly Business Reviews, investor relations, and the executive management team.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of segment leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Align BU strategy with CTD and SemiTest Group priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across platform, software, and test cell initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred, or equivalent managerial experience.
10+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
Strong leadership, analytical, synthesis, and integration skills.
Ability to integrate and maintain visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels.
Travel of more than 20% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
MBA preferred.
