About the Role

Join Koozie Group as a Product Marketing Specialist, where you will serve as the marketing counterpart to the Product Development team. The role involves ensuring cohesive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, with responsibilities including owning product launches, writing product copy, supporting promotional campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Creative, and Digital teams to execute successful product launches and marketing initiatives
Develop and manage end-to-end launch workflows, timelines, and deliverables
Write clear and compelling product descriptions, features, benefits, and romance copy aligned with brand tone and customer expectations
Partner with creative and digital teams to ensure product content is accurate and optimized for digital portals and platforms
Own the creation, execution, and budget of product promotions and marketing campaigns
Track and analyze product and campaign performance and spend; provide actionable insights to inform future strategies with stakeholders and leadership
Ensure consistency in product positioning, messaging, and branding across all channels
Maintain up-to-date records of product marketing assets and content across internal platforms
Support the ongoing improvement of product marketing processes and tools

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related role
Experience in the promotional products or retail industry a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in copywriting and content creation
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Wrike) a plus

Qualifications

Product marketing experience of 5+ years
Experience in the promotional products or retail industry (a plus)
