The Product Operations Manager role involves creating, maintaining, and improving global pricing processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth quote-to-cash process, and owning SKU creation and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners, such as Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Finance, to influence and optimize SKU creation and management.
  • Serve as the primary Product Operations business partner across PMM, BMS, Buying Programs, ABP, BU Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, and Product Delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with SKU structure policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate and support operational aspects of the DME product lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement a data governance framework, policies, and standards to ensure the quality and integrity of product data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Launch Ops and Quote to Cash process team leaders.
  • Define and implement data governance policies and best practices for data quality, discoverability, and access control.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitor compliance with standards for Product Data.
  • Monitor and report on Product Data governance metrics and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead programs and projects that advance the company's Product Data governance and management goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in pricing, business operations, sales operations, or business analytics in enterprise software.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Accounting, Deals Desk, Renewals, Channel, Order Management, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees.
  • Database management experience is a plus.
  • PMO experience is a plus but not required.
