The Product Operations Manager role involves creating, maintaining, and improving global pricing processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure a smooth quote-to-cash process, and owning SKU creation and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business partners, such as Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Finance, to influence and optimize SKU creation and management.
Serve as the primary Product Operations business partner across PMM, BMS, Buying Programs, ABP, BU Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, and Product Delivery.
Ensure compliance with SKU structure policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Coordinate and support operational aspects of the DME product lifecycle.
Develop and implement a data governance framework, policies, and standards to ensure the quality and integrity of product data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Launch Ops and Quote to Cash process team leaders.
Define and implement data governance policies and best practices for data quality, discoverability, and access control.
Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitor compliance with standards for Product Data.
Monitor and report on Product Data governance metrics and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Lead programs and projects that advance the company's Product Data governance and management goals.

Requirements

10+ years in pricing, business operations, sales operations, or business analytics in enterprise software.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience with Excel.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Accounting, Deals Desk, Renewals, Channel, Order Management, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations.
Effective communication skills with all levels of employees.
Database management experience is a plus.
PMO experience is a plus but not required.
