This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. The position is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and the operation of non-standard products and digital tools used in communications while aligning with other team partners on product enhancements. The role supports overall product strategy to ensure the programs and application software used for digital communications meet the needs of users and guidelines for operation. The position takes the lead on training for the products and must possess a willingness to learn several related technologies used in corporate communications, the technical concepts of the related technologies and close partnerships with multiple contributing teams.
