About the Role

We're Topaz Labs, an AI tech company that builds image and video enhancement software with deep learning. This role involves helping enterprise and B2B customers succeed with our products, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating customer needs to our engineering team. Key Responsibilities

Help enterprise and B2B customers succeed with Topaz Video AI, Photo AI, Gigapixel, Web apps, and our API by answering questions and troubleshooting in their environment.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and own the process of implementing these improvements.
Identify customer needs and propose additional products and value to them.
Translate customer needs and feature requests to the engineering team.
Collaborate across functions to support product growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

A technical background, such as building apps, programming, or designing.
An unusually strong work ethic.
Excellent presence, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to think from first principles and focus on core issues.

Nice to Have

Experience reading books like Delivering Happiness, Made to Stick, or Setting the Table.

Qualifications

Experience with building applications, programming, or designing (implied by technical background).
