Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist based in North America to join our team at Spiideo. Spiideo is the leading provider of automatic cloud-based solutions for video analysis and streaming of sports. Our innovative solutions enable recording, sharing, and analyzing sports performance and producing sports for streaming, serving hundreds of organizations worldwide, including top-tier professional and collegiate teams. The role involves supporting our customers, creating helpful documentation, and advocating for user needs to improve our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming requests from Spiideo customers and triage according to our Service Level Agreements
  • Escalate incidents to our Operations team
  • Create tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for our customers across all products
  • Investigate and replicate bugs or test new features
  • Collect feedback and communicate it back to our product team for improvements

Requirements

  • Available evenings and on weekends
  • Background in sports and/or technical support
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Love helping clients and solving problems
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and shifts
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Love technology and sports

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual is a plus

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer inquiry handling
  • Experience with software documentation
  • Interest or background in sports and technology
