Program Management, Senior Staff - Level 5

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team to execute investment goals and create and demonstrate new digital engineering approaches.
• Provide technical oversight of engineering efforts and collaborate with industry partners.
• Guide development efforts and coordinate with various technical and business functions.
• Support advanced demonstrations for classified programs.
• Craft program status and performance briefings and present to senior management and customers.
• Develop communications for customers at peer and senior levels, including industry partners.
• Ensure execution of highly dynamic projects within short timelines while meeting earned value objectives.
• Leverage knowledge of Lockheed Martin advanced technologies, including aircraft design, preliminary design, and configuration design.
• Travel approximately 1-2 times per month to different locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Demonstrated program management and technical leadership skills leading a multi-disciplinary team across a virtual development environment.
• Experience developing complex requirements and configurations for advanced aircraft and special programs.
• Experience executing DevSecOps, Agile, and Supplier Management projects.
• Technical background in systems engineering, system architectures, software development, or complex air vehicle mission systems.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills for conveying messages to internal senior leadership and external customers.
• Knowledge of ongoing ADP digital engineering efforts and advanced design digital tools.
• Previous integration experience with large complex systems.
• Experience with Autonomy and Artificial Intelligence is preferred.
