About the Role

Our company is a leading supplier of various antennas to premiere commercial and defense companies. Because of strong demand and continued growth for our innovative, high performance products, we are looking for qualified people to join our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Updating the Master Schedules to track project milestones and deliverables against an aggressive project timeline
Serving as the customer point of contact to translate customer needs into clearly defined action items for the team
Conducting internal meetings with team or customer to review program status, actions, and path forward
Managing PLM database to track technical defects, tasks, milestones, etc., and track these items to closure
Preparing technical reports and presentations for customer delivery

Requirements

Experience in project scheduling and milestone tracking
Ability to serve as a customer point of contact and translate needs into actionable items
Experience with managing databases related to technical defects, tasks, and milestones
Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and preparing reports

Qualifications

Experience in project management or related field
Familiarity with PLM databases and technical reporting
