About the Role

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Experiences team supporting Copilot experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate releases across all supported audiences, form factors, and endpoints for Copilot Chat and Search.
Maintain a centralized view of all ongoing feature rollouts and dependencies across teams.
Drive weekly shiproom meetings and bi-weekly product reviews, ensuring smooth deployments.
Provide comprehensive reporting on release status to leadership and all teams.
Proactively identify and manage risks to release success, driving mitigation plans as necessary.

Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in release and risk management.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Shiproom processes.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools and experience with Copilot or similar technologies is a plus.
