Key Responsibilities

  • Run multiple large digital programs, both globally and locally, interfacing with other WPP agencies and some client-side interaction.
  • Run meetings effectively, asking pertinent questions, and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Develop timelines, documentation, and burn rates for scopes.
  • Partner with the Account leads to provide ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development of an integrated project and program deliverables across a large, cross-agency team including Advertising, Digital, Media, PR, Social, Shopper, Branding, and others.
  • Establish and maintain project and program communications.
  • Oversee project estimations and staffing recommendations, as well as implementing new processes across large streams of work.
  • Responsible for project profitability, including planning, tracking, and approving project expenses, billing, and invoices.
  • Partner with finance to develop a profitability and utilization view across workstreams.
  • Manage resource allocation weekly, monitor project burn rates, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Drive projects forward from start to finish, providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the team.
  • Take notes, follow up, build timelines and plans, and champion the work and internal project team.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in project leadership and delivery management in a client-facing role, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Experience managing large-scale integrated, omnichannel programs with multiple parallel work streams and teams.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across North American offices, including UX, Tech, Strategy, Creative, Account, Research, and Data.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Software knowledge of Workday, Monday.com, Jira, Workfront, and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Experience working with CPG brands is a plus.

  • Familiarity working with Commerce and Shopper Marketing.
